Bug-chair questions the idea of what a chair could be and how the convention says we should use it. The backrest of the chair functions as a table or as an armwrest and can be spinned 180 degres around the user. I wanted to make a chair that follows the motion of the user and not the oppisite where the object sets the terms of use.
ORB is a collection with a modern and characteristic expression as a result of exploring the possibilities working with an upholstery. The collection consists of a lounge chair, a easy chair and a side-table.
Orb easy-chair Is a small, functional and characteristic easy-chair. Its underframe can alternate with turntable stand, wooden frames or steel stands for varying environments.
This modern stand for clothes adds a sculptural to the room. The bent wood creates areas for displaying different decorative objects or storing clothes.
In a collaboration with Mexican industrial designer José Manuel Pujol Montoya we designed a simple, functional and playful chair in pine to be produced for the Chinese market. The Project was hosted by the organization Swedish Wood, exhibited at the Chinese design fair Ciff in Shanghai 2017.
